Hey just found this and think its quite interesting the diet brand Lighter Life has expanded into mens market. Good too look at the advertising and see how they are targeting men from a body conscious perspective? Adverts such as 'iv always wanted to wear a bespoke suit'
Also the fact that it even exists at all is quite interesting as it shows that the mens health market is changing to adapt to a man that wants to look good. And something quite feminine such as a dieting group is acceptable. Also the increasing interest in wanting to look good for men and why this is?
